Hello my name is Julie Bagley
I am the women's officer for the Great Western branch for the CWU. I love doing this role as I want to help make the working environment better for women. I would love to hear from you if you have any problems or if you have any ideas how to make working life easier. I work for Openreach as a frames engineer and have been on the company for 34 years starting in the office in accounts to transferring to engineering after 3 years. After the birth of my daughter I went part time and then came back full time when she was 15. Hopefully I will keep you up to date with anything going on.
